There appears to be a serial killer in Dar. He just did it again. Shot a driver in the neck and the unfortunate driver died instantly at kinondoni, the road between mkwajuni and magomeni. He did the same thing the day before yesterday at bagamoyo road. He is said to be light skinned and drives a motorbike. Please be careful as you drive since this man will purposely cause an accident and then pulls out a gun and kills the driver of vehicle. Kindly Send this INFORMATION to the ones you care for...
